Dear Publisher — You need to fill in one Title Info Worksheet per title.
For "Table of Contents", "Extended Book Description" and "Reviews", we suggest you cut and paste from Microsoft Word or similar program. If absolutely necessary, you may fax the information to the Inventory Management Department at 717-794-3828. Each fax must include: publisher name, contact person, phone number and email address, ISBN and Title.
Please provide us with basic information about titles that you have declared Out-of-Print (whatever info you have available on the first 14 fields of sheet 2). We will loaded it into our system at no charge to you.				If you need us to 'database' miscellaneous items that Biblio will not necessarily be selling, please contact the Inventory Management Dept prior to sending your title information and payment, to discuss what information we might need and the adjusted cost for databasing such items.
